At Ninja, we are looking for our next SDR Chile, whose main objective will be to attract potential customers through outbound strategies—identifying and contacting organizations that may require a solution like Ninja. What will your challenges be? \- Identify potential customers through market research and analysis. \- Propose and develop new strategies to optimize new customer acquisition. \- Contact various organizations via outbound strategies, identify their needs, qualify companies based on specific criteria, and schedule meetings with our sales team. \- Document all interactions and contacts in our CRM. \- Continuously train on the product, internal processes, competitors, tools, and negotiation strategies necessary to excel in this role. \- Participate in Commercial Department initiatives. **What Are We Looking For?** \- Interest in sales or customer advisory roles. \- Specific experience in B2B sales or HR is a plus—but not mandatory. \- Relevant academic backgrounds (not exclusive): Commercial Engineering, Service Administration, Journalism, Business Administration, among others. \- Must reside in Santiago, Chile.
