




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Management Intern to support the automation and improvement of internal processes within a key industry. Key Highlights: 1. Generate reports and indicators associated with automated processes At **VOLTA**, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to build a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile. Currently, we are looking for a **Human Resources Management Intern**, who will join our team to support the **automation and improvement of internal processes**. **Main Responsibilities** The student will primarily be responsible for **supporting the Human Resources Management team in process identification, optimization, and automation**, especially in the following areas: * Compensation processes. * Procedural processes related to the employee lifecycle. * Support in documenting, standardizing, and digitizing internal workflows. * Implementation of technology-driven improvements aimed at operational efficiency. * Generation of reports and indicators associated with automated processes. **Candidate Profile** We are seeking students or recent graduates from computer science-related fields, such as: * Computer Engineering, Applied Computer Engineering, Computational Engineering, Programmer Analyst, or related disciplines. * Interest in automation, digitization, and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of programming tools.
