Are you ready to begin? With us, you can. **About This Opportunity:** At WSP, we are looking for a **Hydraulic Engineer** to join our Hydraulic Engineering team in our Santiago office. The selected candidate will participate in developing studies and projects related to water resources, environment, and mining, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a challenging technical environment with continuous learning opportunities. **Responsibilities:** * Develop technical documents, calculations, and hydraulic models. * Prepare water balances, hydrology studies, climate change assessments, and water quality analyses. * Support engineering studies, environmental impact assessments, and environmental permit applications. * Collaborate on mine water management, mining waste, and mine closure projects. * Participate in technical site visits, field campaigns, and monitoring activities as required. * Maintain effective communication and coordination with the project team and technical supervisors. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Hydraulic Civil Engineering. * Experience ranging from recent graduates to up to 3 years. * Proficiency in hydrological and hydraulic modeling tools. * Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). * Basic programming language skills (desirable). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively, with flexibility and motivation to learn. * Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written). * Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork in high-altitude geographic areas. * Class B driver’s license (desirable). **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing multinational company. * Participation in multidisciplinary projects at national and regional levels. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning. * A collaborative, inclusive work environment aligned with high-quality standards. \#LI\-VVB \#Chile **Primary Location** CL\-CL\-SANTIAGO**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Job Posting** Apr 23, 2026, 2:25:42 PM
