Job Objectives: Support the company's efficient financial resource management by conducting analyses and maintaining records to contribute to generating information for management and achieving departmental objectives. Responsibilities: 1.\- Support treasury management, including recording accounting entries in SAP. 2.\- Prepare detailed account analyses to support informed financial decision-making. 3.\- Collaborate in managing and administering corporate insurance policy contracts, including generating purchase orders, endorsement requests, and monthly registration of these documents. 4.\- Quote and track bank guarantee letters with various banks to ensure timely delivery to internal clients. 5.\- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with their area of responsibility and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 6.\- Process bulk and individual payments, upload payroll files, and track required authorizations, ensuring proper reconciliation in SAP. 7.\- Record expense accounts related to supplier payments to maintain up-to-date accounting information. 8.\- Understand and comply, within the scope of their role, with the definitions of the SIGO Safety and Operational Risk Management Program.
