Perform performance analysis, query tuning, and configuration adjustments on database engines such as Oracle, Amazon Aurora, MySQL/MariaDB, and Redis. Provide expert technical support to development and operations teams, participating in the design of resilient architectures and resolving complex incidents. Implement automations through scripting and contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps and CI/CD processes related to cloud databases (AWS). * **Specific Skills** Advanced expertise in Oracle Database (12c or higher), Amazon Aurora RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), MySQL/MariaDB, and Redis. Extensive experience in query tuning, cluster configuration, replica management, and performance analysis using AWR/ASH and CloudWatch. Solid knowledge of AWS MSK (Kafka), integration with ETL, and high-volume monitoring. Ability to diagnose latency, IOPS, and locking issues. Proficiency with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) and automation using Shell, Python, and Terraform. Familiarity with microservices architectures and CI/CD environments. * **Certifications** Desirable AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Database - Specialty, Solutions Architect Associate). Knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environments. Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana.
