Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM professional to manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), coordinate models, and implement standards within a global Ibex 35 group. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Establish, manage, and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), overseeing information entering and exiting information flows among stakeholders producing content here. * Manage version control of BIM models and documents. * Collect, organize, and preserve project data. * Distribute information to project participants. * Control versioning and access to information. * Configure the CDE according to project needs and company requirements. * Implement CDE workflows for document management. * Ensure CDE compliance with ISO 19650 standards. * Configure and maintain the CDE system. * Manage users and access permissions. * Perform data backup and recovery. * Promote communication and information exchange among project participants. * Facilitate collaboration in data management. * Manage document review and approval workflows. * Ensure project information confidentiality and security. * Implement security measures to protect data. * Control access permissions to BIM documents and models. * Track changes and versions of documents. * Archive and manage project documentation in an organized manner. * Provide technical support to CDE users. * Resolve technical issues related to the CDE. * Train and support BIM modeling teams in using Revit and the CDE. * Digitalization and automation of processes. * BIM methodology KPIs. * Coordinate model integration: Ensure compatibility and harmony among models from different disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.). * Develop and apply BIM standards and protocols: Establish BIM standards and workflows for the project and ensure their implementation. * Manage BIM information: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of information in the BIM model, ensuring its correct interpretation and use. * Facilitate communication and collaboration: Promote effective communication among stakeholders using BIM collaboration tools. * Detect and resolve conflicts: Identify and resolve design clashes, ensuring BIM model integrity. * Supervise model quality and validation: Ensure BIM models meet project requirements and remain up to date. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** **BASIC EDUCATION:** * Civil Construction Technician, Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer, Architect **COMPLEMENTARY EDUCATION:** * BIM Diplomas focused on reinforced concrete and steel/MEP/architecture modeling, preferably using Autodesk Revit, such as: BIM Modeling and Coordination Diploma, Advanced Revit Structures, Advanced Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Producing Drawings with BIM Models in Revit. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in the BIM field. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / SOFTWARE** * OFFICE 360 * AUTOCAD * Navisworks Manage * REVIT (Architecture/MEP/Structures) * Autodesk Construction Cloud **KNOWLEDGE OF LAWS OR ORGANIC ORDINANCES** * BIM STANDARDS **What do we offer?** * Social benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle habits. * Join a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
