The primary focus will be conducting a comprehensive assessment of operational and administrative processes, analyzing their current execution, and identifying key improvement opportunities. Desired Profile Students of Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Must hold valid school insurance provided by the educational institution. Interest in process management, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Assessment and mapping of current processes (AS\-IS). Identification of gaps, risks, rework, and improvement opportunities. Design and implementation of future process proposals (TO\-BE). Development and updating of procedures, flowcharts, and operational documentation.
