Operational Management Control Analyst We seek an analytical, results-oriented professional who wishes to be a key contributor to managing and improving the productive performance of our poultry operations. Job Objective To analyze and manage operational information related to rearing and production through data monitoring, analysis, and visualization, thereby supporting timely decision-making and achievement of production goals. Key Responsibilities Record and reliably and promptly control productive information. Monitor operational KPIs and critical variables (mortality, feed consumption, environmental parameters). Identify deviations and raise alerts with improvement proposals. Analyze productive processes to identify optimization opportunities. Validate data quality and implement improvements in data capture. Generate periodic reports and operational reports. Design dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI). Track action plans and operational commitments. Participate in operational meetings by presenting management indicators. Comply with quality, biosecurity, OHS, and environmental standards. Requirements **Education:** Degree in Management Control Engineering, Agronomy, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in data analysis, reporting, or management control. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Power BI knowledge. SAP (desirable). Desirable knowledge of productive processes or the agro-industrial industry.
