Job Description As a Kitchen Master, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the operational activities of the food service team at the assigned Site, achieving daily meal production targets, contractual requirements, and Sodexo corporate guidelines—all while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Assign and distribute operational tasks related to the food service production process at the Site. * Supervise and verify delivery of procedures, documents, and safety and quality briefings defined by Sodexo. * Supervise and verify implementation of quality manuals in the food service operational process. Requirements * Residence between Region III and the Metropolitan Region. * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. * 2 years of experience in mining. * Health compatible with working at high geographical altitudes. * Availability to work under a 7x7 shift system with camp accommodation.
