Discover our job openings and join this great team! **Job Functions:** At Aguas del Valle, we are seeking a Customer Service Technician residing in Illapel, who will support customer service within the territory to maintain the quality standards defined by the company and contribute to achieving the customer experience strategy. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Handle customer complaints, meeting established response times to avoid fines. 2. Review and record customer service entries received at commercial offices and returned by the Customer Experience Submanagement, as well as waiting times at zonal commercial offices, to keep information updated and support decision-making. 3. Review technical reports issued by inspectors and damage evaluator reports related to third-party damages, negotiating compensation amounts to maintain good customer relationships and prevent penalties. 4. Communicate and manage information regarding scheduled water cuts in the corresponding zone (including cut sectors, number of affected customers, project identification, distribution of flyers) to ensure proper coordination among departments, applying GSA, Business Programming, activation, and closure procedures. **The position requires field work. * Residence in Illapel (mandatory requirement) **Requirements:** Technical degree in Business Administration; Social Technician or Technical Degree in Social Work 3 years of experience Class B driver's license (mandatory requirement) Residence in Illapel (mandatory requirement) **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** 1.
