We support our clients—individuals who, at some point in their lives, have experienced delinquency—by striving daily to help them resume their projects and rebuild confidence in a better future. **Position Mission:** The BancoEstado Group seeks a Judicial Manager – Small Business for its subsidiary BECO. **Job Functions:** Position Objective: Oversee the progress of lawsuits and manage the judicial portfolio assigned to external law firms and attorneys, in accordance with the subsidiary’s targets and procedural guidelines previously established by the Bank—or other activities aimed at improving recovery of this portfolio. Main Responsibilities: 1. Administer, manage, control, and supervise the judicial portfolio assigned to external law firms and attorneys, acting as an intermediary among all involved parties, ensuring judicial milestones are met on time and in full to enable collection of state-backed guarantees, and developing appropriate strategies to achieve regional objectives. 2. Monitor, track, and implement instructions related to defined special campaigns. 3. Monitor judicial expense reports. 4. Conduct case analyses submitted by normalization officers by reviewing various systems to respond to inquiries regarding the status of assigned lawsuits. Monitor receipt of document briefcases related to judicial proceedings, where applicable.
