We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who embody these values to join our teams across multiple locations worldwide. **Job Summary** Proficiently perform baggage and cargo loading/unloading operations in compliance with regulations established by Swissport Chile S.A., the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC), and Santiago International Airport (S.C.L.). * Know and apply emergency operating procedures and safety regulations. * Must be authorized by Swissport and hold a valid municipal Class A4 driver’s license and platform operator license. * Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings for each flight. * Unload arriving baggage onto the arrival baggage carousel. * Inspect containers and baggage condition; immediately report any anomalies to the shift supervisor or flight supervisor. * Operate and position equipment—including tractors, belt loaders, and conveyor belts—only when duly authorized. * Transport baggage between the jet bridge and aircraft, and vice versa. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Station’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System Manual and other applicable manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards. **Your Profile** * Completed secondary education. * Basic computer skills. * Familiarity with at least one airline system. * Minimum 80% pass rate in all training courses delivered by SWP and clients. * English proficiency; additional language skills preferred. **What We Offer** * Transportation, subject to conditions at each airport. * Uniforms. * Life insurance. * Compensation fund benefits.
