Here, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally within highly complex and industry-relevant projects. **JOB PURPOSE** Coordinate and verify that all elements described in project drawings are accurately projected onto the site using topographic layout, in accordance with prior surveys and studies conducted via software enabling such control. Technical or professional candidate with solid experience in construction and industrial engineering surveying. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in modeling and topographic layout tools, capability to lead field teams, and strong commitment to technical accuracy and on-site safety. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Conduct topographic analysis of assigned construction drawings, ensuring they are under review as "Fit for Construction" and avoiding errors from outdated revisions. 2. Verify alignment of topographic equipment with project requirements, ensuring proper functionality before measurements. 3. Analyze the coordinate point database provided by the client, confirming correctness and required coordinate system via field measurements. 4. Evaluate field topographic data collected, ensuring calculations accurately reflect actual site conditions. 5. Supervise topographic layout or site positioning, ensuring consistency between civil/structural drawings and actual site conditions. 6. Coordinate general topographic surveys for projects, maintaining control over civil and structural elements per topographic protocols. 7. Select and manage appropriate personnel for field activities. 8. Schedule and coordinate field tasks, releasing topographic protocols and rejecting poorly executed work. 9. Collaborate with Site Managers, Area Managers, and Supervisors to coordinate work, analyze project discrepancies, and review progress. 10. Maintain control over all site-positioned elements to prevent rework. **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Academic Qualifications:** * Higher Technical Degree in Surveying or related field. * Civil Engineer, Civil Constructor, or related degree (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in this role or similar functions. * Experience developing engineering components for construction works and industrial projects. **Technical Knowledge (Mandatory):** * Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced level). * Proficiency in quantity surveying software: Civil\-CAD or equivalent. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Proficiency in engineering data analysis software. **Competencies and Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Orderliness and technical rigor. * Planning and scheduling capability. * Teamwork. * Strong results orientation and commitment to quality standards.
