We invite you to join our team! ### **Job Objective** Support and participate in the successful execution of tasks assigned to the field team within the service. ### **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Report progress, work completion, and any substandard conditions detected during execution to the chain of command. Lead Technician * Ensure compliance with procedures and standards for **safety, quality, and environment** (Tecman and client). Lead Technician * Ensure risk control measures, review/validate the risk matrix, and its proper application in the field. Lead Technician * Assign and supervise daily tasks for field personnel (specialists and technicians). Lead Technician * Supervise order, cleanliness, and inventory of tools/materials; inspect and clean service facilities, vehicles, and equipment. Lead Technician * Comply with and enforce internal regulations and applicable legal requirements (Law 16.744 and related decrees). Lead Technician * Verify required trainings and inductions prior to commencing work; comply with the HSE program. Lead Technician ### **Key Job Activities** * Prepare and review service procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. Lead Technician * Validate correct use of PPE and participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and controls (with records in field documentation). Lead Technician * Identify hazardous situations, correct unsafe behaviors, investigate, and report incidents/accidents occurring during one’s shift. Lead Technician * Lead technical meetings and work planning (current and future shifts), aligned with the base Gantt chart; support requests for tools/materials/consumables/PPE. Lead Technician * Operate company vehicles (pickup trucks, cars, etc.) and maintain them clean and operational. ### **Profile Requirements (Mandatory)** **1) Academic Qualifications** * Higher Technical Degree or Engineering degree: Electrical, Electronics, Automatic Control, Telecommunications, or related fields. Lead Technician * Graduates from Technical Training Centers (CFT), Professional Institutes (IP), Armed Forces (FF.AA.), or Industrial High School programs in related areas are also considered. Lead Technician **2) Experience** * Minimum 2 years in technical or specialist roles within one’s area of specialization. Lead Technician * 1 year of experience at Tecman Ingeniería Ltda. Lead Technician **3) Technical and Regulatory Knowledge** * HV/MV/LV connections; electrical measurements (power, resistance, potential difference). Lead Technician * SEC and NEC standards, and electrical installation practices. Lead Technician * Reading and interpretation of drawings (electrical, automatic control, communications, piping, civil, mechanical). Lead Technician * Proficiency in measurement and inspection instruments for electrical equipment/materials. Lead Technician * Work distribution according to team category/capacity; understanding of productivity (HH) and progress tracking. Lead Technician * Knowledge of first aid. Lead Technician * Knowledge of and ability to apply internal regulations on order, hygiene, and safety (DSD). Lead Technician **4) Required Courses / Certifications** * Theoretical–practical defensive driving course. Lead Technician * Transportation regulations examination.
