Quality Management Area **The Synergy Group (TSG)** **Start Date:** Between the **first and second week of January** **Duration:** To be agreed upon according to academic schedule (ideally 2–3 months) **Modality:** In-person / Hybrid (depending on activities) **Location:** TSG laboratories and operations Objective of the Internship To integrate an intern into the **Quality Management Area**, who will work directly with the **Quality Manager**, actively participating in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the management system, with a focus on **laboratories, technical processes, and field activities**. This internship is designed as a **real-world training experience**, involving direct participation in audits, documentation, and identification of findings. Key Responsibilities The intern will support the following activities: * Support in the **preparation and execution of internal audits**. * Development, updating, and control of **Quality Management System documentation** (procedures, work instructions, forms, and records). * Review and analysis of **internal processes**, both in the laboratory and during field activities. * **Identification of findings**, observations, and opportunities for improvement. * Support in tracking **corrective and preventive actions**. * Review of technical and administrative records. * Support in **internal training activities** and knowledge transfer. * Participation in continuous improvement activities for the management system. Candidate Profile We are seeking final-year students or recent graduates in: * Quality Management Engineering * Industrial Engineering * Chemical / Environmental Engineering * Chemical Analysis Technology * Related fields Position Type: Full-time Salary: $200.000 – $300.000 per month
