We seek a Senior Technician or related professional with formal education in Computer Science, Programming, Systems, Automation, Technology, or related fields. As a Process Control and Development Analyst, we expect you to be passionate about technology and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for receiving, managing, and tracking support tickets related to internal systems—especially SAP Business One, automations, and RPA. Your main responsibilities will include providing functional/technical support and assistance to internal users, analyzing user requirements to propose solutions that improve administrative processes, and supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications, reports, automations, and internal tools. If you have demonstrable experience or knowledge in application development and support, along with a genuine interest in implementing technological solutions, we want to meet you!
