Continuously seeking to add value to the mining business through continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project management within the Andina Division’s Project Management Department, ensuring compliance with—and enforcement of—the Division’s and Corporation’s established policies, standards, and procedures regarding safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage all stages of the Project lifecycle across profile, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and execution phases. * Lead the development, monitoring, and control of changes in the various project management plans of the Project Management Department. * Lead the identification of methodologies and procedures to fully and timely ensure and control the objectives of assigned projects. Ensuring proper execution of project management processes for each phase of the project lifecycle. * Monitor compliance with internal project targets, aligned with the project’s objectives, commitments, and specific execution or management plans developed to meet them. * Ensure the incorporation of economic and risk analyses into decisions made during project development. * Analyze and define budgets and execution plans. * Represent the interests of the respective Project Directorate in all matters during project execution.
