Job Description The **Fleet Operations Manager** will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing vehicle and driver management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities * **Fleet Management**: Supervise vehicle availability, maintenance, and performance. * **Route Planning**: Define efficient itineraries to optimize time and costs. * **Driver Supervision**: Coordinate performance, regulatory compliance, and road safety. * **Process Optimization**: Implement improvements in logistics and operational control. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with transportation and safety regulations. * **Supplier Management**: Maintain strategic relationships with workshops, insurers, and supply vendors. * **Executive Reporting**: Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management. Requirements * Degree in Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in fleet and logistics operations management. * Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS monitoring systems. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Technical English desirable.
