Responsible for analyzing, controlling, and supporting the improvement of administrative, financial, and management processes across the holding's various companies, ensuring execution in accordance with defined procedures and identifying improvement opportunities. Must prepare information analyses, reports, and indicators; support process documentation; and participate in internal project evaluations, thereby contributing to the holding's administrative efficiency, traceability, and control through efficient and automated processes. Requirements Intermediate English Advanced Excel; SQL desirable; Power BI; SAP desirable; Bizagi. Databases, information analysis, process identification and documentation, basic accounting. Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, reporting tools, information automation, and project analysis is desirable. University degree. Industrial Civil Engineering. No work experience required. Internship experience in management control, processes, finance, data, or projects is desirable. Proactive, analytical, methodical, and organized profile, with the ability to collaborate across various areas of the holding.
