Job Summary: Supervise daily operations, coordinate staff, ensure productivity, quality, safety, and efficient use of resources, and implement continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards **Job Objective:** Supervise the organization's daily operational activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, safety, and service objectives, as well as proper utilization of available resources. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to established procedures. * Coordinate and assign tasks to operational staff according to business needs. * Monitor achievement of productivity, quality, and efficiency targets. * Supervise work schedules, attendance, shift assignments, and staff performance. * Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions. * Coordinate with Logistics, Maintenance, Production, Customer Service, and Administration departments. * Control appropriate use of equipment, materials, and operational resources. * Implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Monitor key performance indicators **(KPIs)** and prepare management reports. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations and internal policies. * Investigate operational incidents and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise service and customer care standards where applicable. * Participate in training, evaluation, and development of operational staff. * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors related to operations. * Support planning and execution of continuous improvement projects. * Maintain up-to-date records of activities, incidents, and operational results. * Report progress, issues, resource needs, and improvement opportunities to management. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related field. * Experience in operations supervision and team management. * Knowledge of planning, process control, and resource management. * Proficiency in performance indicators **(KPIs)** and management tools. * Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Familiarity with safety regulations and operational procedures. * Proficiency in Spanish and English, preferably.
