Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Foreman to lead and coordinate field operations, organize daily tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and safeguard safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. A service company is looking to incorporate a **Foreman** into its team, responsible for leading and coordinating field operations. Their primary mission will be to organize daily tasks, guarantee timely delivery, and ensure the safety and quality of services provided. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and direct the field work team. * Develop weekly activity plans. * Coordinate and assign daily tasks. * Generate reports as required by management. * Provide on-site technical support for the use of machinery, including vacuum cleaners, burnishers, vacuum sweepers, steam pressure washers. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Availability to travel within the island (initially between Quellón and Castro). * Knowledge of machinery operation: vacuum cleaners, burnishers, vacuum sweepers, steam pressure washers, and glass cleaning. * Residence in Quellón. **Working Hours:** 42 hours per week, morning and afternoon shifts.
