Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Technician to conduct inspections, deliver training, and ensure compliance with plant safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct plant safety inspections 2. Deliver safety training and instruction 3. Promote positive interpersonal relationships A leading company in the industry requires an Occupational Health and Safety Technician to work at its Process Plant located in Quellón. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections across various plant areas to meet scheduled requirements. * Provide safety training and instruction to personnel, guiding and reinforcing safety actions according to established procedures. * Conduct inspections and observations of contractor companies. * Inspect fire extinguishers across different plant areas. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including their amendments and improvements. * Promote positive interpersonal relationships. * Deliver induction talks to new personnel. **Requirements:** * Availability to work in Quellón. * Availability for seasonal employment. * Desired experience: 1 year in similar positions. * Desired experience in Process Plants. * Academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering.
