The position’s objective is to **supervise and ensure operational and production continuity**, applying world-class methodologies while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations (SEC). **What will you do in this role?** * Lead your team by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational safety. * Encourage operators’ participation in generating ideas and proposals to optimize processes and working conditions. * Supervise GLP cylinder filling processes and coordinate, together with the zone supervisor, filling activities and pump alignment. * Record and analyze production data, preparing daily reports. * Ensure effective communication among all areas involved in the production process. * Support, guide, and evaluate the production team, promoting their development and performance. **Schedule** Monday to Saturday, on **rotating shifts**: * **Shift A:** 07:00–15:00 * **Shift B:** 14:00–21:30 **What do you need to apply?** * Professional degree in **Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** supervising production teams and facilities, ideally applying world-class methodologies (5S, TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing). * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel at user level) and ease of use with tablets and smart devices. **Desirable (but not mandatory) knowledge** * Quality standards **ISO 9001**. * **SEC** regulations. * Continuous improvement methodologies.
