Cook Trainee 6x1 / Seasonal

If you are passionate about cooking! this opportunity could be for you! We are looking for a Cook Trainee in the city of Quellón. You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the chef or head cook as required, contributing to hot kitchen, cold kitchen and pastry preparations, as well as providing support in the self-service line when attending customers, all according to service, hygiene and safety protocols. Responsibilities * Carry out preparations according to menu and established recipe standards. * Ensure compliance with established daily schedules, safeguarding food safety requirements at all times. * Perform cleaning of equipment and work areas. Requirements * 1 year of experience. * Culinary knowledge, quality procedures, risk prevention. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Knowledge of food handling. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence in Quellón (mandatory).
