The candidate must gather requirements, design functional modules, build integrations, and ensure the system tangibly improves efficiency across each department. ### **Job Requirements** Technical Requirements • Proven experience in ERP-type software development (ideally full-cycle projects). • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks: o Backend: Python/Django, Node.js, Laravel, Java, or others. o Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, or similar. • Strong knowledge of: o Process and database modeling (MySQL, PostgreSQL). o REST/GraphQL APIs. o Integration with external systems (billing, inventory, CRM, etc.). • Ability to produce technical and functional documentation. Personal Competencies • Ability to analyze processes and propose efficient technological solutions. • Skill in interacting with users from diverse departments and translating business needs into technical requirements. • High level of autonomy and structured thinking. • Proactivity and results orientation. • Clear communication and pedagogical ability. Role Responsibilities: • Identify and map the company's key processes. • Propose ERP architecture and module design based on real business needs. • Develop, implement, and maintain the system. • Integrate the ERP with current or future internal/external platforms. • Document processes and train end users. • Propose continuous improvements in automation and efficiency.
