Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures. **Confidential** July 15, 2026 ### **Operations** #### **Key Points** Puerto Varas Full\-time To be agreed upon Indefinite Vacancies: 2 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation, maintenance, and operation activities of CPI Equipment aeration and oxygenation systems at aquaculture centers, lead the field team, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and committed deadlines, and act as the technical counterpart to the client. * Plan and coordinate scheduling of installation, maintenance, and technical service work at assigned aquaculture centers. * Lead, assign, and supervise tasks for the field assistant team, ensuring productivity and quality in execution. * Verify compliance with technical procedures and quality standards for the installation and maintenance of aeration and oxygenation systems. * Supervise adherence to safety, HSE, and applicable sanitary regulations (Sernapesca) at each aquaculture center. * Act as the technical counterpart to the client on-site, managing requests, incidents, and operational coordination. * Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures, escalating to engineering or technical support when appropriate. * Monitor usage of materials, spare parts, and equipment, managing necessary supply for operations. * Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and field activity logs. Train and coach field assistants on technical and safety procedures ### **Job Requirements** • Education: Higher-level Technical Degree in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, electricity, automation, or related fields. Training in supervision or team leadership is desirable. • Experience: 3–5 years of field work experience, including at least 1–2 years leading technical teams, preferably in aquaculture, maritime, mining, or industrial industries. • Class B driver’s license (mandatory requirement). • Curriculum Vitae with recommendations (mandatory requirement) ### **Benefits
