Act as the technical counterpart to the client **Confidential** August 6, 2026 ### **Operations** #### **Key Points** Puerto Varas Full\-time To be agreed upon Indefinite Vacancies: 4 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation, maintenance, and operation activities of aeration and oxygenation systems in the field at aquaculture centers, leading the field team, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and committed deadlines, and acting as the technical counterpart to the client. Plan and coordinate scheduling of installation, maintenance, and technical service work at assigned aquaculture centers. Lead, assign, and supervise tasks performed by field assistants, ensuring productivity and quality in execution. Verify compliance with technical procedures and quality standards during installation and maintenance of aeration and oxygenation systems. Supervise adherence to safety, HSE, and applicable sanitary regulations (Sernapesca) at each aquaculture center. Act as the technical counterpart to the client in the field, managing requests, incidents, and operational coordination. Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures, escalating to engineering or technical support when required. Monitor usage of materials, spare parts, and equipment, managing necessary supply for operations. Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and field activity logs. Train and coach field assistants on technical and safety procedures. ### **Job Requirements** Education: Mid- or higher-level technician in industrial mechanics, electricity, automation, metal construction, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of field work experience and as a supervisor or team leader, with at least 1–2 years leading technical teams—ideally within the aquaculture or industrial sector. Class B driver’s license (required, but not exclusive). Enthusiastic and proactive individual with strong motivation for the role.
