Job Summary: Control and manage the safe and orderly use of parking facilities, ensuring priority availability for patients and providing guidance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle entry and exit control. 2. Guidance for patients and companions in parking areas. 3. Maintenance of order and vehicle traffic flow in the area. A reputable pharmacy is seeking an Internal Parking Attendant to work in the city of Osorno. **Work Location:** Osorno **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. **Net Salary:** $600\.000 per month, based on 30 working days. If fewer days are worked, payment will be proportionally adjusted according to actual days worked. **Contract Type:** Temporary Services Regime. Job Mission Control and manage the safe and orderly use of the facility’s parking areas, ensuring priority availability for our patients and their companions during their medical visits, preventing unauthorized use, and providing courteous and timely guidance. Main Responsibilities Control vehicle entry and exit, verifying that drivers are patients, companions, or authorized personnel, as defined by the company’s established procedure. Guide patients and companions to available parking spaces, giving priority to individuals with reduced mobility, senior citizens, and pregnant women. Supervise proper vehicle parking and ensure accessibility routes, circulation lanes, reserved zones, and emergency exits remain unobstructed. Inform users of parking usage conditions, identify unauthorized vehicles, and manage their regularization or removal in accordance with established protocols. Support vehicle traffic flow during peak hours and coordinate contingency responses with facility management and the security team. Maintain order in the area, report maintenance needs, and comply with safety regulations, risk prevention standards, and data confidentiality requirements. And other duties inherent to the position. Requirements Completed secondary education. At least 1 year of experience in equivalent or similar positions. Desirable experience in parking management, access control, security, or public service. Assertive communication skills. Basic proficiency in digital record systems.
