We are currently seeking our next Operations Supervisor, who will be part of the Southern Austral Zone Services Management team, based in Puerto Varas. * Ensure proper operation of plant activities, resolving operational team requests and contingencies. * Manage the internal logistics ERP system, ensuring traceability of services, work orders (OT), and associated documentation. * Report plant status, supplies, materials, and costs to Management via dashboards. * Support task and priority distribution for the operational team, with primary focus on plant safety. Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, 08:30–18:00; Thursday, 08:30–17:00; Friday, 08:30–16:00.
