Key liaison between management and employees to ensure smooth communication We are seeking a Human Resources Officer for ELEMENTO SPA. This position requires a candidate with experience in personnel management, recruitment, and talent development. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle—from job posting to onboarding of new employees. You will plan and implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Your role will involve supervising and evaluating employee performance, as well as managing conflicts and implementing effective solutions. You will act as the liaison between senior management and staff, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of company policies and objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. A strong understanding of HR practices, leadership skills, and a proactive attitude are required. Prior experience in a similar environment is a plus.
