At Juan Maestro, we are looking to add to our team an Assistant for the opening of our store in the commune of Osorno **Main responsibilities:** * Support store management and replace the Manager in their absence. * Supervise the team, motivating and ensuring compliance with brand standards. * Safeguard daily operations by ensuring customer service, product quality, and proper store functioning. * Assist in administration, including staff management, supply ordering, and cash handling. **Work schedule and modality** * The workweek is 44 hours. Shifts are rotating between Monday and Sunday, AM / PM shifts. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Availability and motivation to learn. * Responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks. * Ability to follow procedures and instructions. * Proactiveness and positive attitude. * 3 years of experience in similar roles.
