Field Executive

Position for prenatal and postnatal replacement, with incorporation in February 2026. Our client, located in the city of Osorno, is seeking a professional with a degree in Agronomy or related field, strongly oriented toward fieldwork and relationship-building, whose main objective is to maintain direct and ongoing communication with members, strengthen community ties, and gather relevant information about the surrounding environment. Main responsibilities of the position 1. Conduct periodic field visits to members, according to a monthly plan defined jointly with management. 2. Actively communicate the association’s activities, initiatives, and value proposition, while gathering members’ concerns and needs. 3. Build and strengthen relationships with local companies and key territorial stakeholders, promoting collaborative actions. 4. Prepare visit records and reports, providing relevant information for management and decision-making. 5. Support member retention, acquisition, and re-engagement. 6. Assist in organizing and executing institutional activities and events. Requirements 1. Experience in field-based positions, stakeholder engagement, member management, or similar roles. 2. High availability for fieldwork and mobility. 3. Class B driver’s license (with at least 2 years of driving experience). 4. Strong communication, interpersonal, effective communication, and autonomy skills. 5. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with management and team members. 6. Basic proficiency in digital tools for recording and reporting. Working conditions Fixed-term contract for prenatal and postnatal replacement (9 months).
