We are looking for individuals highly focused on quality, safety, and compliance with regulations who wish to join a seasonal production team. Main responsibilities: Operate weighing, filling, and packaging systems for finished products. Monitor quality parameters and report deviations. Report findings, losses, and unsafe conditions. Comply with safety, quality, environmental, and food safety standards. Assist in deep cleaning and minor maintenance tasks. Flexibility to support different plants as required. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Minimum of 1 year of experience in bagging/production. Desired: Knowledge of industrial processes, management systems (ISO, HACCP, etc.), basic Excel skills, and warehouse MP. Availability for rotating shifts. Residence in Osorno (mandatory). Good health condition and communication skills. Availability to undergo and pass pre-employment medical exams (hiring requirement).
