Purpose of the Position The Process Analyst at Fibra has the primary mission of providing comprehensive administrative support across key stages of the talent acquisition cycle. This role is essential to ensure excellence and transparency in every process, guaranteeing that both partners and candidates experience a seamless, proactive, and mutually beneficial journey. 2\. Key Responsibilities * Talent Administration: Support the execution of administrative stages of search and selection, ensuring compliance with the firm’s quality standards. * Analysis and Optimization: Use data analysis capabilities to monitor the hiring machine flow, identifying bottlenecks and proposing evidence-based improvements. * Technological Support: Operate management systems and simulation tools (as applicable to the client’s technical area) to validate profiles and optimize selection. * Candidate Experience: Ensure agile and respectful communication with applicants, reinforcing the equitable treatment that defines Fibra. * Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to align search strategies with partners’ goals. 3\. Requirements and Critical Competencies * Education: Psychologist or business engineer with no more than 3 years of experience. * Data Analysis Capability: Ability to interpret information and generate reports that facilitate strategic decision-making. * Computational Simulations: Basic knowledge of simulation tools (fluids, structural stresses, or related areas) to better understand and assess the technical needs of industrial partners. * Innovation Mindset: Willingness to use technology as a fundamental tool to streamline processes and promote transparency.
