Job Description * Lead commitment to the Quality Management System and promote its effective implementation across all operational and managerial activities by users. * Supervise the assigned laboratory area, focusing on meeting customer requirements through resource management oriented toward that objective. * Align all activities with customer requirements and laboratory KPIs. * Ensure the reliability of analytical methods applied in the laboratory. * Supervise and execute specific tasks in CCLAS or SLIM Core to ensure proper sample intake, data management, and reporting of results. Participate in defining the laboratory's QC procedures for tests to monitor the validity of performed analyses. Requirements * Proven experience in laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. * Knowledge of environmental sample analysis. * Formal Education: Studies oriented toward Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology, depending on service area. * Formal Qualifications: Chemistry, Sciences. * General Experience: * Work experience: 5 years. * Experience in this position/area: 2 years preferred, including team leadership. * Required Tools: * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-level English. * Educational Level: Completed university degree or higher technical diploma.
