These tasks are performed both directly and indirectly through your work team. * Lead a technical service team providing direct support for equipment and services within the customer site. * Implement agreed corporate account commitments and proactively report results, challenges, and initiatives to the Corporate Account Manager (CAM). * Communicate effectively with all levels of plant personnel; build strong business relationships and networks. * Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or Aquaculture * 5 or more years of experience in food and beverage processing/manufacturing industries (Mandatory) * 5\+ years of technical sales experience in manufacturing environments – salmon industry preferred.
