Proven experience supporting end users and maintaining equipment. Ideal if you have already participated in technology projects or automation initiatives (even small ones). Key technical knowledge ✔️ Windows operating system support (including servers). ✔️ Basic hardware and peripheral management. ✔️ SQL. ✔️ Power BI (usage and maintenance). ✔️ Basic automation with Power Automate. ✔️ Microsoft 365 ecosystem\.
