




Fleischmann Chile, an important company in the field of Electrical Installation Services, Engineering and Climate Control, is seeking a Planner. **Position Purpose** Carry out planning and maintain progress control over the management of client and team assets, organizing and monitoring execution timelines for required tasks, ensuring project quality, managing and tracking the assigned budget according to company policies, standards, and external regulations. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Develop schedules and planning together with the Site Administrator or responsible professional (Supervisor), based on the Gantt chart provided by the client/owner, taking into account Fleischmann S.A.'s quality controls. 2\. Monitor progress against the established project schedule, issuing necessary alerts regarding planned versus actual progress, data analysis, report preparation, and action plans, aiming to efficiently meet project goals. 3\. Develop, maintain, and monitor asset management planning through the asset management platform. 4\. Provide early warnings of scheduling deviations that could impact the program's critical path. 5\. Manage the assigned budget and its follow-up with support areas to ensure efficient resource utilization. 6\. Ensure continuous improvement in service delivery to clients through consistent accountability with area management teams. 7\. Participate in site coordination meetings (contractors, managers, control teams, engineering, commissioning, Quality, etc.) to verify coordination of various activities, proactively intervening to achieve established objectives. 8\. Prepare and manage the submission of corrective actions and their follow-up. 9\. Identify business opportunities to present service offerings relevant to Fleischmann clients' needs from other areas within the company (intra- or inter-departmental). 10\. Monitor satisfactory completion of work performed by the team, ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards. 11\. Provide timely information to clients regarding regulatory changes or innovations related to the services provided, aiming to anticipate and plan transformation, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with current regulations. 12\. Collaborate on action plans with the Site Administrator or Supervisor when required by internal or external clients. 13\. Jointly prepare planning with the Administrator or Supervisor as part of closing Major Non-Conformities. 14\.
