Main Responsibilities Execute daily activities associated with aquaculture operations in accordance with defined procedures and standards. Participate in various stages of the production process, such as incubation, first feeding, fry rearing, pre\-smolt, and smolt stages. Perform feeding, handling, and care tasks for fish, ensuring appropriate conditions for their development. Carry out and support cleaning, organization, basic maintenance, and preparation of equipment and facilities related to operations. Record productive and operational information in accordance with established procedures. Promptly report deviations, contingencies, or situations that may affect fish welfare and production plan compliance. Comply with the company's established biosecurity, safety, and environmental protocols. Participate in on\-site training and learning activities to strengthen operational knowledge and competencies.
