Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Technology skills including Google Suite; desktop publishing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva); social media management; website content updates; and preferably video editing and photography. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, self-directed, and able to collaborate effectively. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Design and produce print and digital materials, including school publications, brochures, newsletters, handbooks, admission folders, development materials, presentations, flyers, branded items, infographics, and web/social media graphics. Ensure consistent use of the school’s visual identity across all platforms. Contribute to the development and maintenance of branding guidelines. Conceptualize, create, and distribute engaging digital content that showcases the school’s mission, programs, and community. Develop and implement marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns, email marketing, event promotion, and other strategic communications. Manage Meta Ads campaigns for admissions events (Open Houses, workshops) and other priorities. Maintain and update communication databases as needed.
