If you have training in quality, experience in processing plants, and motivation to contribute to ensuring standards, this is your opportunity! What will you do in this position?: Provide clear and accurate information about quality controls in the different plant processes. Perform rigorous control during the reception of raw materials entering the plant. Supervise the closing of processes and operational points (POS), ensuring compliance with established standards. Maintain strict monitoring of quality and productivity controls. Guarantee optimal product performance throughout the entire production process. Rotating shifts: AM \- PM \- Night Requirements to apply: Valid HACCP ? POS certifications (will be requested during the interview) Or a Quality Monitor course that includes HACCP and POS modules with completed hours. Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, preferably in processing plants (salmon, canning or other food industry). Availability to work all three rotating shifts.
