Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge with a minimum of 1 year of experience for duties including surveillance, access control, and guest assistance, ensuring security and confidentiality. Ability to detect abnormal situations and security failures. **Work Experience:** Minimum 1 year in this position **Requirements:** * Completed Secondary Education * OS10 Course (Mandatory) * Residence in Puerto Varas (Mandatory) * Valid Class B Driver's License (Mandatory) **Required Competencies for the Position** * Ability to fulfill assigned shifts, security protocols, and assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. * Polite and respectful treatment of guests and visitors, with proper referral of inquiries or requests. * Ability to detect abnormal situations, security failures, or violations of internal regulations. * Observational and surveillance skills * Commitment, responsibility, and efficiency * Teamwork and communication * Discretion and self-control * Proactivity **Areas of Responsibility** * Perform valet parking and vehicle custody duties, including handling cones and chains in indoor and outdoor parking areas. * Control access for staff, suppliers, and visitors, recording entries and exits in the designated logbook. * Safeguard guest luggage and assist guests entering the hotel according to instructions from Reception or Supervision. * Conduct periodic surveillance rounds in parking areas, entrances, and common areas, recording observations in the designated logbook. * Supervise staff to ensure they use only authorized access points and comply with internal appearance standards. * Direct guests to Reception for any inquiry or request. * Immediately inform supervision of any situation affecting hotel or guest security. * Maintain clear communication with the incoming shift, reporting all relevant updates.
