




IT team is looking for an IT professional to provide comprehensive software, hardware, and management system support remotely or in person, lead technology projects, and support cybersecurity, with a focus on quality and customer service Key responsibilities include: * **Platform and ERP support**: Provide information and assistance regarding the use of administrative, production platforms, and company ERP systems. * **User support**: Resolve requests through tickets, remote or on-site support across various branches. * **Configuration and training**: Set up new equipment and train users on its operation. * **Hardware maintenance**: Perform scheduled physical maintenance on equipment. * **Asset management**: Manage and monitor inventory of computers and phones. * **Management of defective equipment**: Forward or request replacement of devices with technical failures. * **Weekly reporting**: Prepare reports on the status of workstations at plant sites. * **Computer networks**: Configure and install network routers and switches. * **Access management**: Create credentials for new users, recover passwords, assign permissions, and provide basic support for internal systems. Requirements: Educational Level: Higher Technical or University education Title: Computer Technician, Computer Engineer, Systems Analyst, or similar Basic Knowledge: Windows 10 and 11 operating systems; Feeding System, Power BI, Hardware Support, FIN 700 Key Skills: Windows Server, SQL Server, Fishtalk, Akva Connect and Akva Control, Router, Firewall, AP, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking knowledge Office Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level Conditions: Fixed-term contract, transitioning to indefinite Working hours: Monday to Friday
