We want you to become our next **Prevention Expert** for **Puerto Montt.** **What are the job objectives?** Contribute to the prevention of occupational accidents and illnesses in assigned companies, carrying out activities agreed upon with clients while adding value through high-quality, effective, and timely technical advisory services. **What will be your main challenges?** * Conduct periodic activities with executives, company prevention units, and supervisors to apply preventive tools aimed at identifying hazards and risks within the company. * Carry out activities fulfilling the agreements established in the Work Plan with the company, providing recommendations and action plans, verifying and monitoring issued recommendations, and tracking safety performance indicators such as workplace accidents, with the goal of reducing accident and incident rates and increasing the company's preventive capacity. * Respond to internal and external requests related to companies' prevention needs to maintain a fluid and trust-based relationship with clients. * Identify training needs in prevention topics and deliver training sessions to companies to provide relevant and tailored training services according to each company's specific requirements. * Inform and advise clients on the implementation of current regulations, as well as keep them updated on legal regulatory changes through ACHS legal alerts, ensuring clients stay informed about new national legal regulations. * Focus on the client's accident and incident trends to plan ACHS resources effectively for preventive activities within the project, coordinating with the nationwide ACHS Experts Network to monitor planned activities reported to the network, based on client requirements derived from the Work Plan. **What requirements must you meet?** * Professional degree as Risk Prevention Engineer or Civil Construction Engineer (with additional postgraduate qualification in Risk Prevention) * At least 3 years of professional experience * Valid Professional Prevention Expert ID card * Class B Driver's License * Experience in the salmon industry We invite you to join us in this challenge!
