We are looking for a **CLEANING SUPERVISOR**. If you are a leader passionate about achieving operational excellence through timely planning and delivering high-quality cleaning services to both internal and external customers, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Supervise cleaning personnel, ensuring they perform cleaning tasks according to the quality and safety standards established by the client and the company. * Plan work schedules: assign staff to different physical locations and distribute tasks to be performed during the workday. * Gather information about activities and any issues that occurred during the outgoing shift to provide timely solutions. * Conduct inspections of various physical areas, verifying that assigned tasks and work procedures are being properly executed during the shift. * Verify the correct execution of cleaning and general housekeeping tasks across all camp facilities. * Prepare internal dispatch reports and general expense reports for the area. * Monitor attendance, arrival and departure times, leave passes, and overtime hours of workers. **Requirements** * Formal education in a related field or competency-based training acquired through experience. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles; 4 years if formal education is not held. * Previous experience in this or similar positions is desirable. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work shifts. * Health compatible with the position. **Minimum Experience** 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies and general services. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Continuous learning and training opportunities. * On-site meals provided. * Compensation fund (Caja de Compensación). ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top global food service companies.
