Job Mission: Prepare, verify, and maintain the necessary documentation for the certification of products manufactured at the plant, ensuring compliance with company standards, current regulations, and destination market requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and verify product certification documentation, ensuring compliance with export requirements and customer specifications. * Verify that raw materials and finished products meet market requirements, managing the corresponding documentation with the competent authority. * Administer computerized systems for product blocks and restrictions, ensuring their correct updating. * Manage the Sernapesca Web traceability information system, ensuring accurate and timely information in accordance with current regulations. * Participate in the development of new projects within the traceability and quality area, as well as in work meetings. Note: * Seasonal position with possibility of continuation subject to performance. * Work on shift system (night shifts, remote work). ### **Job Requirements** Requirements: \- Education: Degree or technical qualification in food engineering, aquaculture, and/or administration. \- Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles. Technical knowledge: \- Intermediate level Excel and data analysis. \- Integrated management system standards. \- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). \- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). \- QA Program (Quality Assurance Program). \- SOP (Sanitation Operational Program). \- SERNAPESCA regulations. ### **Benefits
