Your mission will be to support the area’s daily operations, ensuring that documentation, coordination with subcontractors, and internal workflows run on time, smoothly, and efficiently. What are your main responsibilities? * **Enable and maintain up-to-date** subcontractor and contractor documentation (e.g., contracts, accreditations, etc.). * **Coordinate** mandatory safety talks with Risk Prevention (DHYSO) for subcontractor personnel. * **Manage requests** for corporate uniforms for subcontractors. * **Support the payroll cycle** for subcontractors and **organize files** (physical and digital) for traceability. * **Serve internal and external customers** (subcontractors, contractors, and supervisors), focusing on solution delivery. * **Create and update control spreadsheets** to help monitor operations and support decision-making. What profile are we looking for? * **Education**: Technical or university degree in **Administration** or related field. * **Experience**: At least **2 years** in **HR** and/or **management control** (including professional internships). * **Knowledge**: Current **labor legislation**, **Subcontracting Law** (preferred); **Intermediate Excel** (tables, formulas, data sorting); **SAP** (preferred). * **Competencies**: **Organization and planning** (to manage large volumes of data and documentation); **clear communication**, **customer orientation**, **empathy**, and **teamwork** (to address the needs of contractors, subcontractors, and the installations team, as well as interdepartmental collaboration to prepare for and ensure optimal contractor site entry). How do we work? * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, **administrative hours, 42 hours per week**. * **Location**: WTC Office (Santiago), Las Condes commune, Tobalaba Metro station. * **Tools**: Dedicated workstation, PC, and access to shared folders and corporate tools.
