Main Responsibilities \- Lead the Quality department, supervising and developing the team. \- Implement, maintain, and audit the company's quality management systems. \- Ensure compliance with BRC Packaging (mandatory requirement) and FSC (mandatory requirement) regulations. \- Monitor and inspect production processes, ensuring optimal standards. \- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs. \- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits. \- Develop key performance indicators reports for the department. \- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and quality records. \- Coordinate internal training on regulations and best practices. Mandatory Requirements \- Proven experience with BRC Packaging regulations. \- Proven experience with FSC certification. \- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality roles (ideally in printing, packaging, manufacturing, or regulated industries). \- Relevant professional education: Engineering in Execution, Industrial, Chemical, Food Science, Management Control, or related technical careers. \- Experience leading teams. \- Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
