You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the chef or head cook according to requirements, contributing to preparations in the hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and pastry section, as well as supporting the self-service line during customer service—all in accordance with established service, hygiene, and safety protocols. Responsibilities * Shift supervisor: food preparation and ensuring timely delivery of meal services. * Prepare dishes according to menus and standardized recipes. * Adhere to daily planning schedules, ensuring food safety standards are consistently met. * Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas. Schedule: 6x1 (Monday to Saturday) Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:15; Saturday, 06:00–13:15. Afternoon shift: 12:15–22:00 Requirements * Minimum two years’ experience in collective catering. * Culinary knowledge, quality procedures, risk prevention, cold kitchen and hot kitchen operations. * Ability to work effectively in teams and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Knowledge of food handling practices. * Availability to work rotating 6x1 shifts. * Residence in Llanquihue.
