We seek a Sales Manager for our Egaña office, who will be challenged to lead, support, and empower the sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets, productivity, and quality. Main Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the commercial activities required to meet departmental goals. Propose and implement commercial, motivational, and continuous improvement strategies. Conduct daily follow-up on commercial activities, tasks, and action plans of the team. Lead, supervise, and provide coaching to teams under their responsibility. Monitor indicators related to productivity, turnover, retention, overdue payments, and sales quality. Coordinate training sessions and initiatives aimed at team development and performance. Supervise the quality, intake, and issuance of business transactions. Support recruitment and selection processes for their team. Requirements Technical higher education preferred: Business Administration Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Executive Engineering, or similar degrees.
